Measurements:
One Goat Grip roll is dimensioned to cover 1 meter of grip surface on a 22 mm diameter pole.
Double-sided tape: cut a 6.7 mm long piece so it does not make a full wrap.
Wide marking tape (for the grip ends): cut a 16 mm long strip to get 2 wraps around the pole.
Thin marking tape (center marks): cut a 15.5 mm long strip to get 2 wraps around the pole.
