材料:
醬汁:生抽 2 tbsp,砂糖 2 tbsp,水 2 tbsp,料酒 1/2 tbsp,生粉 1/2 tbsp
蔥 1,雞肉 130g,牛小腸 2,鹽,胡椒粉
做法:
1. 在鍋加入生抽,砂糖,水,料酒,煮滾後拌勻加入生粉,拌勻
2. 將蔥切件,雞肉切件後用鹽,胡椒粉調味
3. 用竹籤將雞肉,蔥串起,也將牛小腸串起
4. 燒烤的同時掃上醬汁

1 Green Onion, 130g Chicken Meat, 1 Pinch Salt, 1 Pinch Pepper, 2 Strip Beef Gopchang
Sauce: 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Sugar, 2 Tbsp Water, 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 1/2 Tbsp Starch
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil soy sauce, sugar, water, and cooking wine. Add starch at the end to control the thickness.
2. Slice green onion into pieces.
3. Slice chicken into pieces and season it with salt and pepper.
4. Thread chicken and green onion onto the skewers.
5. Barbeque the chicken.
6. When it starts to cook, brush off sauce on each side.
