"Hell Itself" / SKG2: Blue Eclipse Part 18 / Save Stateless Walkthrough (Star 98-102)

In this mod, World S is called "Hell". This is a kind of metaphor, but the later you'll get to know that Mario actually went to hell. No need to say about the difficulty, right?
I've collected 131 stars so far. Most remaining stars are either Very Hard Tier or Hell Tier. I'm struggling to beat Stone Cyclone C stateless again. ... wtf?

Timeline :

My Rules regarding Save Stateless
1. It is Allowed to use save states or double speed for skipping death cutscenes.
2. It is Allowed to use save states for preventing from Game Over, but avoid if possible.
3. It is Allowed to use save states for break, but of course only at the checkpoint.
4. It is Allowed to use save states for below levels this time because I already beat these levels save stateless.
　Time's Lunacy S / Time's Lunacy C / Active Ruins B3
5. All other uses are Not Allowed ! I'll beat all levels without savestates. For practice is also Not Allowed.

ステートセーブの利用について
1. 死亡演出は長いので, これを省略するためには使用してよいことにする（倍速もOK）
2. 1UPが中間地点に置いておらずゲームオーバーが迫ったときは, 中間地点で使用してよいことにするが, できるだけ避ける
3. ゲームを中断するときは中間地点でのみ使用してよいことにする
4. 過去に動画を出した5つのステージは, すでにステートセーブなしでクリアしたので, 今回の攻略では時短のため道中であっても使用する可能性がある
5. 1.から4.以外の一切の使用をしない. 練習のための使用もしない. (ざっくり言えば後にTier動画を出そうとしているため)
