First brewday using the Speidel Braumeister 2021 edition. Was harder and more challenging than expected. Me and the braumeister still have a lot to learn about each other.
It was still a lot of fun and the proof will be in the end product.
It is to early to make conclusions about this machine, and compare it to a HERMS set up. I will brew one more beer before I make the comparison video with the pros and cons of the new Braumeister.
I can say one thing, my Herms never bust my shoulder 😅
