Trying Sweden’s No.1 Cinnamon Buns (Next to a Military Castle!)

Sweden takes its cinnamon buns very seriously — they even have a national holiday for it! 🇸🇪 On October 4th, Swedes celebrate Kanelbullens dag (Cinnamon Bun Day), eating millions of buns across the country. In this vlog, I head to one of Stockholm’s top-rated bakeries to try what many call the best cinnamon bun in Sweden. 🥐
From long queues outside the tiny café, to finally tasting the buttery, flaky layers of their famous bun, I’ll share the full experience. We also ended up enjoying our fika right outside Karlberg Military Academy — the oldest military academy in the world still in its original location!
