My cover of The Black Keys version of Have Mercy On Me. This is from the album 'Chulahoma', which is a tribute album to Junior Kimbrough.
Although all the songs on this album are covers, it happens to be my favourite Black Keys album. Im a big fan of Junior Kimbrough, and feel the keys did great justice to him with this record.
Special shoutout to Stevoo Hide of Brighton punk rock band The Hiddn, for lending me this gorgeous Gretsch hollowbody. I needed a woodier sound for this cover!
