The Railway To See Malaysia (RTSM) Promising Perak Excursion Train is a unique travel experience launched by Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB). This initiative supports Visit Perak Year 2024 by offering scenic train journeys from KL Sentral to Taiping on specific weekends from September to November 2024. Passengers will travel through historical and picturesque locations, stopping at Batu Gajah, Ipoh, Kuala Kangsar, and Taiping, making it ideal for those seeking a relaxing, yet adventure-filled experience.

Key features include travel on conventional diesel locomotives, which adds to the nostalgic charm, and diverse seating options such as the Chillax coach featuring bean bags, café coaches, and standard seat coaches.

Ticket prices cost RM51 for second-class seats and RM74 for first-class seats.
