I’m Teshauna Nicole — and this is my first-ever live DJ set on YouTube! Thank you for tapping in and sharing this moment with me.

I’ve been DJ'ing for over a decade alongside my career as a professional dancer. After taking a break to heal and grow, I’m back — and this set marks the beginning of my return to the music scene. 🎧✨

This mix is full of Caribbean music I hold close to my heart — reggae, dancehall, dub, calypso — all sounds that root me in my identity as a Caribbean woman DJ . These genres carry a positive frequency that uplifts the room, and that’s the energy I want to spread every time I play.

I partnered with Gorilla & Jane Media and The Bookstore Gallery in Atlanta, GA to bring this set to life. The Bookstore Gallery is a botanical bar and wellness lounge with art, infused mocktails, and a beautiful community. Whether folks were upstairs vibing on camera, in the herb room, or at the bar downstairs, we created something magical on a Monday night.

This is more than a mix. It’s the start of something new.
