We started our day early from Delhi and headed to Fatehpur Sikri. The drive took just over 4 hours, and the roads were pretty smooth. Fatehpur Sikri was built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. It was his capital for a short while before being abandoned due to water scarcity. But the architecture? Absolutely mind-blowing. Standing right here at Buland Darwaza — the Gate of Magnificence. It's 54 meters high, and trust me, the name fits perfect. Don’t miss the Guide Tour Salim Chishti’s Dargah — a serene place where many still come to tie threads and make wishes.

Back in Agra, we checked into Courtyard by Marriott — a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step in, the hospitality is top-notch.” The hotel’s restaurant has the large buffet spread had a mix of Indian and continental — we especially loved the paneer tikka and the live pasta station.
