Ingredients:
100 ml oil
120 ml milk
3 eggs
100 gms butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
250 gms sugar
250 gms flour
1/4th tsp cardamom powder
Half tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
300 gms grated carrots
12 pecan nuts
12 cashew nuts
For mawa/ khoya :
150 gms milk powder
2 tbsp ghee
half cup milk
2 & half tbsp sugar/ boora
For carrot halwa:
16 tbsp water
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp sugar
