Cities Skylines gameplay today starting a new city with the perfect starting layout! With the new Plaza and Promanades DLC and the ability to make walkable cities I want to actually make a utopia! This first episode of the let's play will be more of a 'Cities Skylines Beginners Guide' as I show off how to start a city and my future plans for it.
