If you were wondering about the resonance/sustain:
Rim mounted mounts usually contort the head a bit since the weight of the drum pulls to the opposite side of the mount. Then mounts that are drilled into the shell usually loose resonance just because theres a chunk of steel mounted on the shell. Then of course snare stands just choke the crap out of the drum. But with this one you are using the lugs holes, so really you should gain resonance and sustain (which is what it says on the box lol). Sure the tom pulls to the opposite side of the mount because of gravity, but the way it is made it will not flex the head.
