LIVE Sew - Along Hook/brush roll Learn to sew a roll up organiser with Claire from Beautiful Things

(UPDATED: This is a replay of a stream from Facebook. Sadly YouTube live streaming was down this morning and forced us to find an alternative means to teach).

During this LIVE session you can sew along with Claire and make your very own rolling storage case for crochet hooks, knitting needles or makeup brushes. You could even use it for coloured pencils or felt tips.

We will make a set sized item in the sew-along but you will be shown how to adapt the pattern to make a roll in any size you wish.

Suitable for anyone who can sew a semi-straight line already ;-)

You will need the following items:

Pre-cut rectangle of fabric for your front (12.5" wide x 10.5" tall)
Pre-cut rectangle of fabric for your inner (12.5" wide x 10.5" tall)
Pre-cut rectangle of fabric for your pockets (12.5" wide x 10" tall)
Pre-cut rectangle of wadding or fusible fleece (12.5" wide x 10.5" tall) (optional, don't worry if you do not have this you can still make the roll without)
Approx 1 metre of ribbon or tape
Fabric scissors or rotary cutter/mat
Removable Marking pen or pencil
Quilting ruler
Thread to match your fabrics
Iron and ironing board
