See how to make a classic Bellini, a frozen Bellini, AND a Bellini Popsicle. They're all super easy and all perfect for summer!
Here is what is in each:
Class Bellini- 1 part champagne to 1 part peach nectar with an optional splash of simple syrup for added sweetness.
Frozen Bellini- 3 cups of frozen peaches and 1 750ml bottle of champagne plus 2 tablespoons of simple syrup.
Bellini Popsicles- 1 bottle of champagne + 2 cups of peach nectar and 2 tablespoons of simple syrup
