Majan Lounge is an air travel passenger lounge located in seventh floor of international departures terminal in Muscat International Airport, with a capacity to serve 300 passengers, operating 24 hours daily. It spans within a spacious built up area of 1700m2, housing extensive relaxing areas, quiet areas, workstations, conference rooms, PC points with internet access, kids play areas, and much more.
Majan Lounge offers facilities/amenities such as complementary Wi-Fi access, telephone facilities, charging stations, food and beverages (no alcoholic beverages served), shower facilities, flight information, TV channels, etc.
Interior decorating theme of Majan Lounge is inspired by natural landscapes related to copper production in Oman. The name “Majan” refers to ancient Majan Civilzation, and means “Copper Land”.
All arrangements focus to maximize the relaxing and serene ambience. A most notable highlight in Majan Lounge is the relaxation pool, i.e. a water cascading pond feature, around which cozy sofas and loungers are set, creating an atmosphere ideal to relax ahead of the run for check-in.
We STOPPED FOR A WHILE at Majan Lounge during a recent travel, and had some great relaxing experiences. At the same time, did not forget to record some video clips, and later on mixed with background music to highlight the serene and relaxing ambience of Majan Lounge.
