We went to barnes and noble again for #servicedogtraining ! We ran into a small situation that caused me to have an anxiety/panic attack, but luckily astro was their by my side to complete DEEP PRESSURE THERAPY (DPT). I'm so thankful for him! After, we sat down and practiced our DOWN STAYS. He's slowly learning to settle down in public!
