Can You Use QUANTUM Rudders for Space Propulsion?

Today I wanted to see if the NEW quantum rudder can actually be used to propel a ship through space! The new Trailmakers Spacebound update brings lots of cool new parts and thus new ideas and I am excited to dive further into it.
