STOPIĆA PEĆINA Zlatibor

Stopića cave consists of five parts: Bright room, dark room, large hall with tubs, channel with tubs and river channel. The tourist part of the cave has several attractive elements, such as: spacious entrance, dugure - openings in the ceiling, Siparska Cup "Dog Cemetery" waterfall "source of life" and a series of bigrenih time.
Basins, its specificity are the trademark of the cave, formed by the deposition of limestone. These are alcoves lined with stone walls and winding, yellowish tufa folds in them accumulates water, which is poured out from cascading bathtub. Basins are periodically flooded, but its size and depth, some up to 7 m, separated from each other in Serbia.
In the river channel source there, below which occurs tufa slide, which exceeds the tufa cascades, between which the basins and the "giant pots". Water flowing down the cascades, creating waterfalls, with little water, while at higher water form a unique waterfall, whose height is 9.44 m. From the deafening roar of the water can be heard interlocutor. As the sky was pouring zapenušana water mass of droplets flashing air, and the wet walls, beats a cold anger overtakes visitors in the pitch dark of the cave. Despite the anger, the waterfall is called the "source of life".
