Can't stop ruminating on narcissist and the past| Cptsd symptoms - this video is to help individuals that have been out of toxic relationships, whether it is that they have left their narcissistic parents home or they have left narcissistic romantic relationships - and yet no matter how many years go by - they still feel stuck after the relationship ends. Maybe they are stuck ruminating about the past, about what happened, maybe they stay stuck staring at the emotional pain or emotional trauma that they endured - and regardless of how many years go by ... this rumination keeps them from living in the present, or at least from enjoying their present life as well as stopping them from creating the life that they truly want. And this is where understanding cptsd, complex ptsd - comes in. If we do not understand how cptsd and narcissistic abuse go hand in hand ... the brain will stay stuck!!!!
