My Volvo FL611 from 1996.
After some fiddling and a heck of a lot of elbow grease I finally got the cab tilted. Can't say when the cab was tilted last time, because the hydraulic tilt was crusty as frigg. The drumming noise comes from the airfilter box, and there is just a slight valve tick from the engine, but overall it sure runs good for 390 000 km.
