Half Dome in Yosemite National Park is one of the most Epic Trails in the National Park System.
In this video, I discuss where the trail is located, what to expect when climbing Half Dome, tips for making the climb, how to get permits and the dangers this trail represents.
Half Dome is dangerous, scary, and extremely difficult to get permits to climb due to it's extreme popularity. Because of this, it inadvertently adds additional pressure to complete the final cable section of the climb and making poor judgement decisions.
