UseEffect Hook and Dependency List Explained for React and React Native

Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to show you how to use the useEffect react hook that is available in both react and react native. The useEffect hook can be used in place of the class component componentDidMount lifecycle function for functional components in react and react native but you can also specify that you want it only to be triggered when a dependency's value changes. I will show you both of these today.
