The first promotional video for the St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey, which opened in 1983. This video was made in 1984 by Peter Joy Productions. As well as showing the Hotel in it's original brown/cream colour scheme, it also shows St Peter Port High Street at it's finest. The narrator says proudly that "in Guernsey, your Pound seems to go a little bit further"; if only that was the case today (where prices are about 30% higher than the UK mainland)!
