What is ASMR? (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a physical and psychological experience that combines pleasurable and relaxing sensations in response to specific stimuli. Therefore anything can be ASMR as the stimuli is something that is mainly subjective.
I just use my phone to record, as I'm lazy and the lofi nature has its charm to be fair.
I use capcut to edit.
