Welcome to my #COREantined series DAY 4. Today's focus is High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)! These cardio intervals are sure to get the blood pumping and the metabolism revved up! Remember that modifications (displaying the beginner options) are available as pop-ups on the screen as you need them in the workout. Today's plan: 30s work/10s rest (3 blocks; 3x through each).
