Real UBE(PURPLE YAM) from the forest | Cook ube halaya and purple sinigang [Gayyem Ben]

I went to dig ube in the forest and turned it into a delectable dessert, ube halaya. I added the ube into our pork sinigang and it added flavor and color to the dish.

It's good to live in the countryside. You can find fresh ingredients just around the corner. The purple yam I cooked in this video is a wild ube. Ube grows in the forest and can thrive without human intervention.
