If Advocate Charles Mnisi withdraws from representing Muzi Sibiya, accused number 1 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial - we are likely to see another lengthy postponement in the matter.
On Monday, Mnisi threatened to pull out as Sibiya's lawyer after the court said it would only grant him until tomorrow to complete preparations for Sibiya's defence.
The High Court in Pretoria had previously given Mnisi over two months to prepare.
This was after Sibiya's previous legal representative, Thulani Mngomezulu, passed away in December last year.
