I guide you through gentle and exploratory movement, synchronized with breath. The demonstration is done on the floor, but I also instruct how to adapt the practice to sitting on a sofa or chair. I encourage you to use yoga props like blankets, blocks or a bolster.
This would be a perfect start to your day. The video is about 11 minutes long, but I only cue one side, so start it over on the second side for a 20 minute routine.
You'll focus on spinal mobility, shoulders and hips. On the floor, there is some weight-bearing on the hands. This is minimized with furniture, especially with the hands placed on a table or ledge.
