Smoked Beef Short Ribs With Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Beef Short Ribs are some of the tastiest cuts of beef that can be found. They are basically Brisket On A Stick. In this video, using the Oklahoma Joe’s Highland Offset Smoker and some Hickory Wood, I smoke up 6 pounds of these beefy beauties and also a batch of Garlic Smashed Potatoes.

Beef Short Rib Rub

1 TBSP Kosher Salt
1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
3 TBSP Brown Sugar
½ TBSP Ground Black Pepper
2 TBSP 21 Seasoning Salute
