Saturday morning at 10:46 September 21st, 2019, the new Tower 703 was placed in service by the officers and members of the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department. The new Tower 703 is dedicated in memory of Captain Sander B. Cohen, who selflessly give his life in the LOD.

Tower 703 is a 2019 Seagrave Aerialscope.
Engine 703 is a 2014 Spartan Gladiator ERV.
Rescue Squad 703 is a 2008 Pierce Dash.
