New Breadboard 8088 PC V2 #7 Serial Port Software & Testing

The seventh in a new a series of videos to create a retro Intel 8088/8086 PC on solderless breadboards and learn about how computer hardware and software works. I'll be using new Intersil 80C88 series chips and modern components where possible. In this video I look at the software changes needed PC to test the serial port using our new 48 pin LQFP surface mount 16C550 UART on breadboards using an Adafruit TQFP/LQFP to DIP adapter.
