Welding long parts in a single pass is possible with our welding cobot track system. Equipped with a linear axis ranging from 2 to 12 meters and compatible with various welding equipment brands and power levels, this solution can handle any large-scale welding application.
In this video, we are testing a 2-meter lap joint between two parts, each 0.5 inches thick. The linear axis used is 2 meters, and the video is accelerated 4× for demonstration purposes.
