Set-Up at the START of class:
Footbar DOWN
Headrest UP or DOWN
1Y Spring ON (extra-light)
Reformer Box LEFT side on floor
Yoga Block on carriage
Squishy Pad on platform (*optional)

“FULL BODY BLOCK” is a full body workout in under an hour! That’s what I’m talking about! Not always do we have an hour to give and our time is precious, but yet we still want to fit it all in…well, this is a great workout to do just that! You’ll get a nice dose of upper body and lower body with a constant core connection and some spicy abdominal focused work too! The yoga block is a lovely prop to help keep that core fully engaged as we work through upper body sequences and lower body sequences. The use of the yoga block requires the full body to work the entire session helping increase the cardiovascular demand on too! The class has a level rating of 2/3 Beginner/Intermediate due to the vast modifications offered as well as less complex movement patterns. You can make it as difficult as you’d like it to be! The overall balance and coordination in this class is minimal allowing you to focused on form first and foremost!

At the end of the class I give a short tutorial regarding the positioning of your headrest when you work. If you’d like to stay on for that you may find some clarity around the needs of your body.
