Step inside one of our most ambitious builds yet — a fully custom Mercedes Sprinter 170 AWD van designed for a professional chef who needed restaurant-level function on the road. From a stainless steel farmhouse sink and a double-burner induction cooktop to a massive bamboo countertop with a custom sink insert, this van kitchen puts many homes to shame. It’s all powered by an 800Ah lithium battery bank, 400W of solar, and a 3000W inverter — so cooking off-grid is not only possible, it’s encouraged.
But the kitchen is just the beginning. This van includes a full bathroom setup with a Laveo Dry Flush Toilet, a rear-door outdoor shower, and hot water on demand. You'll find tons of smart storage solutions, advanced lighting, a full media setup with a 24” Samsung TV, Starlink in-motion internet, and a queen-size memory foam bed with a hidden compartment.
