材料 Ingredients : (9寸/9 inch)
奶油芝士cream cheese ....................200g
牛奶 milk ...........................................75g
无盐牛油unsalted butter ..................63g
低筋面粉cake flour ............................65g
鸡蛋 eggs............................................8
香草精 vanilla extract ........................少许a little
糖granulated sugar.............................75g
水浴法烘焙
150 °C烤60分钟(用锡纸盖住)→150 °C再烤 20分钟(去掉加盖的锡纸)
Sitting cake on the water .
300°F 60 min(Covered with foil)→300°F 20 mins(Uncovered)
