Alright, so when it comes to summiting your first mountain, the number one thing that holds people back is training. Training to summit a mountain does NOT need to be complicated.

In fact, it can be the thing that HOLDS US BACK.

And it shouldn't be.

I've been to the top of nearly 100 mountains across the world. Some are walk-ups (ie bikeable), some require multiple days in grueling conditions, and some are technical with ropes and gear.

But they all have one thing in common.

It's 80% mental and 30% physical.

Suggesting you don't need to be in the best shape of your life to summit your first peak is a bit of a hot take.

But it's true.

You just need to wrap your head around this one thing and have a little bit of luck on your side.
