One complete set of molds include two pieces of die rollers, one wedge, one distribution plate and a gear. Each replacement must replace all above parts. The molds are divided into left die roller and right die roller.
Before installation, all sides with grooves are as front terminal, and terminal with only one groove is in the back. The pin holes on the die roller must match the pins on the machine. Before installation, the die roller should be cleaned without any dirty thing, and then the die roller fixing frame is installed, tighten the left and right side screws. The pin on the front of die roller should match with pin on the front fixing plate. Then Tight the die roller lock knob.
After die roller installation finished, then put one cloth on the die roller. In order to prevent the wedge cause damage on the die roller. When taking the wedge out, Put your hand on the bottom of wedge, in order to prevent it from damage. Terminal with water pipes should be as front terminal. When install the distribution plate, pay more attention to the direction. Terminal side with letter (triangle) is as front , Triangle arrow should as down direction, Put the screw inside of it. Lower the whole injection wedge parts, then tighten the screw with nut. And move the injection wedge up.
After installing the wedge, check whether the die roller lines and grooves of the left and right die roller are aligned. In order to inspect alignment more clearly. It can make the two die roller as close as possible by manually tighten the locking knob to press the die roller to move together. If the die roller lines and grooves are not aligned, it can adjust it by back gear box. Open the back gear box. Lose the fixed two screws so we can adjust the screw to rotate the die roll. Lose one adjust screw. Then adjust one of two adjust screw. And check the die roller how it rotate. Then adjust the screw in right site and make sure two pieces of die roller could be aligned exactly. When two pieces of die roller aligned, then tight the fixed screw and adjust screws.
Adjust the injection time after alignment is finished. Put a piece of paper between the die roller and the wedge to prevent scratching during running. Put wedge down, and then click the “jog” button on the screen to run machine very slowly. Run the die roller to make the line of injection hole wedge is between the middle the line of cavity of die roller. The injection position may change based on the filling material.
After adjustment of injection line, it need to adjust the injection position of plunger. Open the gear box at back of machine, use tool to rotate the material pump. One side of plungers out then another side in. During rotation, the cam should run in clockwise direction. When there is resistance to stop, then this is the time to install the matching gear of the die roller. Put down the left know to make the two gears fully match, and tighten the screws. If the gears are not matched very good, it can turn the up side gear to make the two gears fully match, and It can not move the down side gear.
In this way, a set of die roller are completely replaced.
