This tutorial is about to edit & download the Excel file. I recommend you to work with Excel on a laptop or desktop instead of mobile.

1. Open Multi-Profile Medical Records App in your mobile/smart phone. Go to Profile Dashboard.

2. Click on the link "Excel file format and import instructions". You will be redirected to the documents. (Copy the links : Follow the step shown on video)

3. Follow the instruction given on document file.(Read Instruction Given on Document)

4. Make sure that you have logged in with your gmail account to use the google excel service.

Edit Time
5. Lets copy the excel in your gmail account. and you will get access to edit. Now you can edit it.
(Double Click on Date Section)

6. If you want to add more data, then write the number you want to add.

7. Make sure that you won't change the excel format, else the data will be mismatched on application.

Download Time
8. Share the download file in your smart phone through email, Viber, WhatsApp etc. I send it to my smartphone.

9. Its time to import the excel file. And be sure that you have import respective excel file.
