What Up Peeps,
Meet Amrinder Chef who’s born and brought up in Surat, Gujarat and makes 365 kinds of Egg dishes. He uses tawa to make amazing omelettes and serves piping hot. Anybody who is eggetarian would enjoy this place. I tried the most unique omelettes of life. They serve dishes like Tiranga Omelette, Afghani Omelette, Boil Tikka, Gatola, Notebandi Omelette, Garlic Bread Egg. The place is called Egg Walas. They use pao to serve with their egg dishes. Eggs are loved world wide and are staple in Gujarat. They are open everyday. I tried their Australian Fry Omelette which was their own creation. Check out my reaction to this talented Chef.
