SEAFOOD AND VEGETABLES STIR FRY RECIPE

Shrimp, scallops, crab stir fried with all my favorite veggies!! Guaranteed to make your mouth water.

Seafood and veggie medley stir fry
Ingredients:
5 oz. (142g) Peeled/ deveined white shrimp
8 oz. (227g) Fresh scallops
4 oz. (113g) Crab meat
Thumb size ginger (minced)
2 Cloves garlic (minced)
1 Cup (237ml) Baby bok choy (options broccoli, peppers, asparagus)
1 Cup (237ml) Zucchini
1 Cup (237ml) Green beans
1 Cup (118ml) Fresh mushrooms
1/2 Cup (118ml) Carrots
1/4 Cup (118ml) Yellow Onions
1/4 Teaspoon (1.23ml) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon (1.23ml) Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon (.062ml) White pepper powder
1/4 Teaspoon (1.23ml) Sesame oil
1 Teaspoon (4.93ml) Light soy sauce
1 Teaspoon (4.93ml) Rice cooking wine (sherry)
1 Teaspoon (4.93ml) Cooking oil
2 Teaspoons (9.86ml) Corn starch
1 Cup water or chicken stock

Directions:
1. Marinate seafood with light soy sauce, rice wine, corn starch and oil.
2. Heat wok and add in minced garlic, minced ginger and chopped onions.
3. Cook till shrimp turns pink and set aside.
4. Add in more oil and put in all vegetables. Pour in water or chicken stock.
5. Cook till vegetables are tender.
6. Mix in seafood and add in seasoning. Cover and cook for another minute.
7. Add in corn starch slurry to thicken sauce.
8. Serve with steamed rice.
