Fliptendo

This is my streaming project "Fliptendo," in which I'm playing every NES and Famicom game in chronological order. I grew up with the NES, it's been a favorite system for a long time. The point of this project is to learn about all of the games and get a better historical perspective. While I won't beat every game, I will try to play through as many as I can, and show as much of the games off as I can.

Shin Moero!! Pro Yakyuu is developed by Tose, published by Jaleco. The third game in the Moero Pro Yakyuu series, which was brought to the US as Bases Loaded. Although the first two Pro Yakyuu games were localized as Bases Loaded 1 and 2, this game was never localized, Bases Loaded 3 being a different game.

This game is has a different visual perspective from the first two Moero!! Pro Yakyuu games, with the camera not behind the batter as is usual for these games. One addition is "biorhythms," which tells the player how each athlete is feeling; if the biorhythms get low, they will have an off-game. Personally I prefer the behind the batter camera of Bases Loaded 1 and 2, but the presentation and gameplay of this game is still polished. I believe the music is the same as Bases Loaded 2 as well.
