Original creator is Inkling Inkling. Video is pulled from WaybackMachine and is upscaled with Waifu2x AI to 4k48fps with 2D technique.
Old re-upload that was on my channel will be deleted, it had low resolution and bad codec (avc-1) so it was blocky. This one still is but upscaling helped fix some of it. For best results watch in 1440p or lower resolution monitors or set the resolution to 1440p or 4k in 1080p monitors for some downsampling.
