On the weekend of March 16 and 17, the Hillcrest Tree Farm celebrated its 30th anniversary during their annual Reedley Railfest event. This event featured plenty of visiting equipment and personnel, as usual, and provided the general public with an ample opportunity for family friendly fun!

The grand opening of the Wahtoke division was also celebrated, opening a whole new run in the lower parking area, where some of the visiting operations set up shop to share their operations - the Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad from Los Gatos, CA, was even there with a length of 18" gauge track to run their famous 2-Spot locomotive on all weekend long.

Also visiting, the Overfair Pacific Railroad which has taken over all the previously presumed "lost" Swanton Pacific equipment in its new home at the Santa Margarita Ranch on California's Central Coast region.
