'Such An Awesome God' | a

Hi everyone!

My friend Kevin and I were blessed by this worship moment Maryanne J. George had with Maverick City Worship, and we decided to cover this song via an online collaboration a couple months ago, before the summer. Little did I know that the project would take over 4 months to finish, as my wife and I had our second son throughout the summer. The recording of this video was finished but unedited.

3 weeks ago, my 3 month old son tragically passed away in his sleep. It rocked our world. But the Lord moved in and has been revealled His awesome love and goodness in the midst of the severest valley we have ever gone through. It was then when the Holy Spirit told me to pick up this project, and finish editing this video cover of "Such an Awesome God" ! This song has been so fitting to sing in this valley, because now more than ever, we have needed an awesome God to reveal Himself in new ways, and fill our hearts with hope and love and we mourn and grieve the loss of Jed here in our family on earth.

We believe that Jedidiah has been ressurected to life and is home in our Father's house, with Jesus, and his spirit lives eternally with Jesus! How we ache and long to be united with him, and every day reminds us that we are not that far from home ...
