Cookies with Chocolate & Croquant Recipe
Ingredients:
120 g softened butter
50 g brown sugar
1 pouch (8g) vanilla sugar OR 1 tsp vanilla
140 g flour (I used Dinkelmehl)
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of salt
50 g chocolate chips
50 g hazelnut croquant
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 - 15 minutes.
