If you love matcha, you cannot go wrong with this 5-layer matcha entremet. I'm a huuuge matcha fan so when I decided to create this cake, I wanted to go all in on the matcha flavour.

The freshness of the matcha is perfectly balanced with the pistachio and vanilla, and the different textures makes the cake irresistible. I also gotta say that this cake cut is probably one of my favorites of all time! The natural green colour from matcha is beautiful and especially when used in all the layers.
