We’ll start with a quick warm-up jog, then dive into a variety of jumping exercises, followed by a targeted supine abs series. Perfect for those looking to level up their cardio and core strength.

Workout:
Warm-Up: Jogging (2 Min)
Double Leg Jumping Series: Parallel, V, Wide, Alternating Wide to V, Ski Jumps
Single Leg Jumps: 5 Rounds (60, 50, 40, 30, 20 Jumps Each Leg)
Supine Abs Series
