Colmar has been on my bucket list for years, and seeing it in person during December is something else entirely. It doesn’t just "have" a Christmas market—the entire town transforms into a life-sized advent calendar.

I spent a few days wandering through the timber-framed streets of Old Town and Little Venice to capture what makes this place so special.
