伊豆諸島の八丈島（東京都 八丈町）は、東京から南へ300kmの場所にあり、温暖な気候です。
島の海岸線は火山島独特なダイナミック地形です。
太平洋の孤島ゆえに、遠方に台風があると大きなうねりが海岸に押し寄せます。
Hachijo island is located in the location of 300 KM to the south from Tokyo and belongs to the Izu Islands.
The coastline of the island is a dynamic topography unique to the volcanic island.
Because of the isolated island in the Pacific, if there is a typhoon in the distance, a big swell will rush the coast.
