#AAPSU urges Public to Celebrate Cultural Diversity at Mega Inter-Tribes Festival 2025
The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) has appealed to the public to participate in the much-anticipated Mega Inter-Tribes Festival 2025, set to take place at IG Park, Itanagar, from 8-10 march next.
The festival, a first-of-its-kind initiative by AAPSU, aims to foster unity among Arunachal Pradesh’s diverse indigenous communities by showcasing their unique traditions, music, dance, and cuisine. Various tribal groups from across the state will present cultural performances, traditional sports, and art exhibitions.
Meanwhile Addressing the media, AAPSU President Dozi Tana Tara emphasized the festival’s role in preserving and promoting the rich heritage of the state’s numerous tribes while fostering a sense of collective identity. He also encouraged youth participation to ensure the continuity of cultural traditions.
With an array of events, including indigenous fashion shows, folk music concerts, and a vibrant handicraft market, the festival is expected to attract thousands of visitors. AAPSU has called on citizens, students, and tourists to be part of this grand cultural celebration.
